As a Luxury Concierge Specialist, you will be the face of our service, providing first-class support and personalized attention to the residents of our multifamily communities. You will manage daily resident requests, coordinate services, and ensure a seamless, luxurious experience. Your role will involve delivering tailored solutions to meet residents' needs, enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist residents with a warm, professional demeanor, providing a high level of customer service.
Coordinate and manage resident requests such as booking reservations, scheduling transportation, arranging deliveries, and more.
Maintain a detailed knowledge of local amenities, including restaurants, entertainment options, and services, to offer tailored recommendations.
Handle package deliveries and returns with care, ensuring timely notifications and secure storage.
Collaborate with property management and other service providers to fulfill resident needs.
Organize and assist with planning resident events, ensuring smooth execution and an exceptional experience.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the resident experience, creating a welcoming and luxurious environment.

Qualifications
